City Council Meeting Minutes November 2, 2015 <br />Melissa Derrick, San Marcos, asked if we are looking for a local place to have a <br />MAC (Multi- Agency Resource Center) and Volunteer Resource Center <br />instead of in Kyle? Ken Bell responded with what resources will be available to <br />the public and that a Volunteer Resource Center would be set up at Dunbar. <br />Mark Gleason, 109 Conway, asked if the City would consider putting sirens in <br />the neighborhood and if there can be a better notification system put in place. <br />Ken Bell and Kristi Wyatt spoke with Mr. Gleason to address his questions and <br />concerns. <br />IV.
