BE IT RESOLVED; BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. The conveyance of certain parcels of real property to Texas State University in exchange for various parcels and easements as described in the attachments hereto is hereby approved. PART 2, The City Manager is authorized to execute one or more deeds in substantially the form attached hereto as necessary to convey such real property to Texas State University on behalf of the City in exchange for the conveyance of said real property and easements from Texas State University.
