BE IT RESOLVED; BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The conveyance of certain parcels of real property to Texas State <br />University in exchange for various parcels and easements as described in the attachments hereto <br />is hereby approved. <br />PART 2, The City Manager is authorized to execute one or more deeds in <br />substantially the form attached hereto as necessary to convey such real property to Texas State <br />University on behalf of the City in exchange for the conveyance of said real property and <br />easements from Texas State University. <br />PART . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br />after its passage. <br />ADOPTED on November 2, 2015. 4 <br />aniel Guerrero <br />Mayor <br />
