unairworthy aircraft may be removed by airport management at the owner's <br />expense and without liability on the part of the airport for any damage which may <br />result in the course of such removal. Airport management may recommend parking <br />fees to the city council. <br />(e) Responsibility for Disposal of Disabled Aircraft.
