Parcels within an Additional Improvement Area will be assessed in connection with the issuance <br />of Additional Improvement PID Bonds for the Additional Public Improvements (or the portion <br />thereof) designated in an update to the Assessment Plan that specially benefit the Assessed Parcels <br />within said Additional Improvement Area, but any Parcels outside of the Additional Improvement <br />Area will not be assessed. <br />"Additional Improvement Area No. 1" means the Additional Improvement Area <br />described and /or depicted on Exhibit "B -1" attached hereto. <br />"Additional Improvement Area No. 2" means the Additional Improvement Area <br />described and /or depicted on Exhibit "B -2" attached hereto <br />"Additional Improvement PID Bonds" means collectively Additional Improvement PID <br />Bond No. 1 and Additional Improvement PID Bond No. 2. <br />"Additional Improvement PID Bond No. l " means Additional Improvement PID Bonds <br />to be issued by the City to be secured by Special Assessments levied on Assessed Parcels within <br />the Additional Improvement Area No. 1. <br />"Additional Improvement PID Bond No. 2" means Additional Improvement PID Bonds <br />to be issued by the City to be secured by Special Assessments levied on Assessed Parcels within <br />the Additional Improvement Area No. 2. <br />"Additional Public Improvements" means those Public Improvements constructed that <br />benefit any designated Additional Improvement Area within the District, financed with Additional <br />Improvement PID Bonds and that confer a special benefit upon property within that Additional <br />Improvement Area. Additional Public Improvements shall mean Additional Public Improvements <br />No. 1 and / or Additional Public Improvements No. 2. <br />"Additional Public Improvements No. 1" means those Additional Public Improvements <br />benefitting Additional Improvement Area No. 1 as are further described on Exhibit "F -F. <br />"Additional Public Improvements No. 2" means those Additional Public Improvements <br />benefitting Additional Improvement Area No. 2 as are further described on Exhibit "F -2 ". <br />"Administrator" has the meaning given in the Indenture. <br />"Administrative Expenses" means the administrative, organization, maintenance and <br />operation costs and expenses associated with, or incident to, the administration, organization, <br />maintenance and operation of the District, including, but not limited to, the costs of (i) legal <br />counsel, engineers, accountants, financial advisors, investment bankers or other consultants and <br />advisors, (ii) creating and organizing the District and preparing the assessment roll, (iii) <br />computing, levying, collecting and transmitting the Special Assessments or the installments <br />thereof, (iv) maintaining the record of installments, payments and reallocations and /or <br />cancellations of the Special Assessments, (v) issuing, paying and redeeming the PID Bonds, (vi) <br />investing or depositing the Special Assessments, (vii) complying with the PID Act with respect to <br />
