<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance
<br />on emergency, the caption which was read as follows:
<br />
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br />TEXAS, ESTABLISHING ELECTION PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES FOR
<br />CITY ELECTIONS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

<br />Ms. Kissler moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mr.
<br />Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerra
<br />said the university would probably want to recommend a campus
<br />polling place at a future time. The Council voted unanimously for
<br />adoption of the Ordinance on emergency.

<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration reconsideration of two
<br />zoning Ordinances. The Council did not wish to reconsider the
<br />Ordinances. The captions read as follows:

<br />$8,366.00 through the State Purchasing and General Services

<br />of the two Ordinances on second reading, adoption of the Ordinance
<br />on third and final reading, adoption of the four Resolutions, and
<br />approval to purchase the copier for the Police Headquarters through
