EXHIBIT B <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS AND FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. <br />FNI COMPENSATION <br />Basic Services <br />Compensation to FNI for the Basic Services shall be the hourly not -to- exceed amount of Four Hundred Forty <br />Seven Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Eight Dollars and No Cents ($447,568). If FNI sees the Scope of Services <br />changing so that additional services are needed, including but not limited to those services described as <br />Additional Services, FNI will notify City for City's approval before proceeding. Additional Services will be <br />negotiated prior to start of work. An estimate of the fee breakdown has been provided.
