33. Survival. Termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not relieve, <br />reduce, or impair any rights or obligations of a Party that may arise under this <br />Agreement. <br />34. No Third -Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is entered into for the <br />sole benefit of the Parties. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as <br />conferring any rights, benefits, remedies, or claim upon any individual, person, firm, <br />corporation or other entity not a Party to this Agreement. <br />35. Notices. Any notice or demand required or permitted to be made <br />hereunder shall be made by certified or registered mail to the addresses designated <br />on the SOW. Either Party may from time to time designate any other address for this <br />purpose by written notice to the other Party.
