City Council Meeting Minutes-Final January 5,2016 <br /> For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides,Council Member Prather, Deputy <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Hughson and Council Member Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> Absent: 1 - Council Member Derrick <br /> Richard Reynosa provided council with a summary of recommended changes <br /> to the current Flood Prevention Ordinance. <br /> Following discussion, a workshop will be held to review these recommendations <br /> further, vett it with Stakeholders and then craft the language for Ordinance <br /> amendments. Staff will provide a schedule for Council and provide a final <br /> Ordinance by June 2016. <br /> VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br /> Lisa Marie Coppoletta: She asked if anyone is going to fix the issues regarding <br /> the changes to the LDC and how they will be enforced. She mentioned the fill at <br /> the Carson property. <br /> Clifford Robertson: After receiving the results of the 2-Dimensional Analysis <br /> he asked if he were to raise his house what would happen to property of the <br /> neighbors adjacent to them. <br /> VII.
