In the San <br />Marcos Municipal Court located ol the <br />second floor of the Hays County Gov -, <br />emment Center, , 712 South Stage- <br />coach, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />By order of the San Marcos Municipal <br />Court dated April, 24,, 2009 the Court deter- <br />mined the structures, ' located at " 126 <br />;6666 to be unsafe and ordered that reme- <br />dial action be taken by the owner. The City; <br />of San Marcos will seek: to determine that <br />the owner has not complied with the order <br />of the Court; an order authorizing` the City <br />to vacate, secure, and demolish said struc- <br />tures, and a warrant for seizure of said <br />structures; by demolition. <br />Following the public hearing, the City of <br />San Marcos will proceed with demolition of <br />the structures and the City may assess the <br />expenses of demolition as a ' lien against <br />the property under the requirements of the <br />San Marcos City Code. <br />A' complete , copy of the Notice of Hearing <br />may be obtained by contacting the City of <br />San Marcos City Clerk's Office, 630 East <br />Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />
