The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tem Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, <br /> Council Member Hughson, Council Member Derrick and Council Member <br /> Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> Absent: 1 - Council Member Prather <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Council <br /> Member Hughson, that Resolution 2016-22R be approved with the following <br /> conditions: "Aquabrew further warrants and will provide documentation to <br /> the City demonstrating that Aquabrew has a minimum of 30 off-site, off-street <br /> parking spaces available solely to Aquabrew that could be used for valet <br /> parking and that a minimum of 30 spaces will be maintained during the term <br /> of this license.".
