City Council Meeting Minutes January 29,2016 <br /> Council directed Staff to do the following: bring back a discussion to consider <br /> if Council should approve Conditional Use Permits, bring back a discussion <br /> regarding Short Term Rentals, for Staff to look further into the idea of placing <br /> a fire station on the Grant Harris Building site and going vertical, Staff to <br /> schedule a future workshop on Fire Based EMS, for Staff to bring back the <br /> CVB conversation during the budget process to bring CVB into the City with <br /> those employees becoming City employees, for Staff to look at additional <br /> property acquisition for downtown parking <br /> Council received updates from Staff on upcoming issues within their <br /> departments. No further action or direction was provided. <br /> VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br /> None. <br /> VII.
