FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AND DALLAS COUNTY SCHOOLS TO <br /> ENFORCE AND ADMINISTER THE <br /> AUTOMATED SCHOOL BUS SAFETY/ STOP ARM <br /> ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, Dallas County Schools ("DCS") and the City of San Marcos, Texas (the "City") <br /> entered into an Interlocal Agreement Between the City of San Marcos and DCS to Enforce and <br /> Administer the School Bus Safety/ Stop Arm Enforcement Program effective [date] (the <br /> "Agreement"); and [12/17/2013] <br /> WHEREAS, DCS and the District desire to amend the Agreement to increase the revenue to the <br /> City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for the mutual consideration stated herein, DCS and the District agree to <br /> amend Section 5 of the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. REVENUE TO CITY. Paragraph 5.A of the Agreement shall be replaced with the <br /> following language: <br /> In compensation for the services provided under this Agreement, the City shall be paid an <br /> amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of all monies collected for paid violations of the <br /> Ordinance, exclusive of any such collection charge. <br /> 2. OTHER TERMS. All other terms of the Agreement are fully incorporated herein, and <br /> shall remain in effect, except as expressly amended herein. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the <br /> Interlocal Agreement Between the City of San Marcos and DCS to Enforce and Administer the <br /> School Bus Safety/ Stop Arm Enforcement Program effective the 1st day of March, 2016. <br /> DCS 1 , <br /> By: � ` � i '° f.tfr'�""l Date: 03/23/2016 <br /> Rick D.
