(d) Initial Certificate Insertions. <br />(i) The Initial Certificate shall be in the form set forth in paragraph (a) of this <br />Section, except that: <br />A. immediately under the name of the Certificate, the headings "Interest <br />Rate" and "Maturity Date" shall both be completed with the words "As <br />Shown Below" and "CUSIP Number. _" deleted; <br />B. in the first paragraph: <br />the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and <br />the following will be inserted: "on August 15 in the years, in the principal <br />installments and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth in the <br />following schedule: <br />Principal Interest <br />Years Installments Rates <br />(Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) <br />C. In the second paragraph of the Initial Certificate, "initial" shall be <br />inserted before "Paying Agent/Registrar" in the first sentence, "executing the <br />registration certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an additional <br />sentence shall be added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying <br />Agent/Registrar is Wells Fargo Bank, National Association."; <br />D. the Initial Certificate shall be numbered R-1. <br />(ii) The following Registration Certificate of Comptroller ofPublic Accounts shall <br />appear on the Initial Certificate in lieu of the Certificate of Paying Agent/Registrar: <br />REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPTROLLER OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS <br />OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER § <br />OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS § REGISTER NO. <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS § <br />San Marcos CTRCO 2009 Ordinance 23
