"Owner" means the person who is the registered owner of a Bond or Bonds, as shown in the <br />Register. <br />"Paying Agent/Registrar" means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, any successor <br />thereto or an entity which is appointed as and assumes the duties of paying agent/registrar as provided <br />in this Ordinance. <br />"Purchaser" means the person, firm or entity initially purchasing the Bonds from the City and <br />which is designated in Section 7.01. <br />"Record Date" means the last business day of the month next preceding an Interest Payment <br />Date. <br />"Refunded Obligations" means the obligations being refunded by the Bonds as provided in the <br />preambles to this Ordinance. <br />"Register" means the Register specified in Section 3.06(a). <br />"Representation Letter" means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations with respect to <br />the Bonds and other obligations of the City, between the City and DTC. <br />"Special Payment Date" means the new date established for payment of interest on the Bonds <br />in the event of a nonpayment of interest on a scheduled payment date, and for 30 days thereafter, as <br />described in Section 3.03(b). <br />"Special Record Date" means the new record date established for payment of interest on the <br />Bonds in the event of a nonpayment of interest on a scheduled payment date, and for 30 days <br />thereafter, as described in Section 3.03(b). <br />"Unclaimed Payments" means money deposited with the Paying Agent/Registrar for the <br />payment of principal, redemption premium, if any, or interest on the Bonds as the same become due <br />and payable or money set aside for the payment of Bonds duly called for redemption prior to <br />maturity, and remaining unclaimed for 90 days after the applicable payment or redemption date. <br />Section 1.02. Other Definitions. <br />The terms "City Council" and "City" shall have the meaning assigned in the preamble to this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 1.03.
