RESOLUTION 2016-27 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE LEASE-PURCHASE OF A NEW <br /> XL3100 V 4X4-C34 TRUCK MOUNTED GRADALL EXCAVATOR FOR <br /> THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT-DRAINAGE DIVISION IN <br /> THE TOTAL LEASE-PURCHASE AMOUNT OF $359,120.45 FROM <br /> WAUKESHA- PEARCE INDUSTRIES, INC. THROUGH THE TEXAS <br /> LOCAL GOVERNMENT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE BUYBOARD <br /> CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION, ROAD, BRIDGE & OTHER <br /> EQUIPMENT (CONTRACT #424-13); AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br /> LEASE-PURCHASE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The lease-purchase of a new XL3100 V 4x4-C34 Truck Mounted <br /> Gradall Excavator for the Public Services Department-Drainage Division from Waukesha-Pearce <br /> Industries, Inc. in the total lease-purchase amount of $359,120.45 through the Texas Local <br /> Government Purchasing Cooperative Buyboard contract for Construction, Road, Bridge & Other <br /> Equipment (Contract#424-13) is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> lease-purchase documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
