Gonzalez, Hays County Clerk, Texas <br />Rec $34.00 Deputy Clerk: VVALDEZ <br />NOTICE OF CITY OF SAN MARCOS ZONING RESTRICTIONS: <br />OCCUPANCY BY UNRELATED INDIVIDUALS <br />Date: July 13, 2017 <br />City of San Marcos Zoning Restriction: Residential dwelling units in San Marcos, Texas, <br />including those located within the subdivisions identified in Exhibit A to this Notice, may be <br />subject to the following zoning ordinance restriction: <br />All dwelling units located in SF -R, SF -11, SF -6, SF -4.5, DR, TH, PH-ZL zoning <br />districts shall be restricted to occupancy by a family, and up to one other person <br />who is not related to any ofthe family members by blood, legal adoption, marriage, <br />or conservatorship. <br />You are required to comply with such zoning restriction if your property is located in an area <br />subject to the restriction. A person who violates this restriction may be subject to a fine, upon <br />conviction, of up to $2,000.
