City Council Meeting Minutes April 15, 2016 Additional direction was provided on the following items: Item #6 - Discussion regarding having a link available on the City's website that a resident can use to search whether or not a property has been flooded during the last 3 -5 years. Item #15 - Discussion regarding the use of synthetic stucco and the previously proposed I35 Overlay that was postponed indefinitely at Planning and Zoning around 5 years ago. Item #16 - Staff will provide what is permitted in the areas zoned as "P" Public. Item #17 - Staff will add a note regarding using funds appropriated in FY15 -16 for the BIG Program in FY17. Staff will correct the typo on #3 after the 7% by adding a period. Item #19 - Staff will add an ex- officio Council Member to the commission composition. Present: 4 - Mayor Pro -Tem John Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Lisa Prewitt, Council Member Jane Hughson and Council Member Scott Gregson Absent: 3 - Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Council Member Jude Prather and Council Member Melissa Derrick III.
