City Council Meeting Minutes April 29, 2016 <br />11. Resolution 2016 -61 R approving amendment number one to the Airport Facility <br />Lease Agreement between the City of San Marcos and the Central Texas Wing, <br />Commemorative Air Force; authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment <br />on behalf of the City; and providing an effective date. <br />12. Resolution 2016 -62R approving a video systems sale, installation and integration <br />agreement with RUSHWORKS L.L.C. dba RUSHWORKS as a sole source <br />procurement of broadcast equipment in the total amount of $140,868.20 contingent <br />upon the vendor's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached <br />agreement; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement <br />on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />13. Motion for Change Order #4 in the amount of $177,233.96 for the Willow Springs <br />Creek Channel and 24" Wastewater Improvements. <br />14. Motion for the San Marcos Commission on Children and Youth grant funding <br />recommendations. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />15. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against <br />Ordinance 2016 -14 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning a 0.58 <br />acre, more or less, tract of land out of the T.J. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 2, <br />located at 1331 Old Ranch Road 12, from "SF -6" Single - Family District to "MU" Mixed <br />Use District; and including procedural provisions. <br />16. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive <br />comments <br />for or against <br />Ordinance 2016 -15, <br />amending the official zoning map of <br />the City by <br />rezoning a 2.3 <br />acre, more or less, <br />tract of land out of the William H. <br />Van Horn <br />Survey No. 107, <br />Abstract No. 464, <br />located West of IH -35 at 202 Posey <br />Road, from <br />"AR" Agricultural <br />Ranch District to <br />"GC" General Commercial District; <br />and including procedural <br />provisions. <br />17. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against <br />Ordinance 2016 -16 approving the abandonment of an eight foot by 172 foot, more or <br />less, unimproved section of Patton Street on the west side of Gravel Street, subject to <br />the reservation of a Public Utility Easement within such abandoned section, the <br />removal fences within such section and replatting the abutting property to combine it <br />with such section; authorizing the City Manager to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the <br />abutting lot owner at 804 Gravel Street upon payment of the fair market value of said <br />abandoned street section; and declaring an effective date. <br />18. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against <br />Resolution No. 2016 -64R to consider a request by KDG Craddock Partners for a <br />City of San Marcos Page 3 <br />
