Y 1 <br />RUSHWORKS does not provide performance and payment bonds Please see the language below in <br />the Affidavit accepted by the CITY of San Marcos in lieu of a performance bond for its contract with <br />RUSHWORKS. <br />AFFIDAVIT AND CERTIFICATION OF ALL BILLS PAID <br />THE UNDERSIGNED hereby certifies that she has examined and is authorized and empowered to <br />execute this Affidavit as the Office Manager of Media RUSHWORKS, LLC, dba RUSHWORKS, the <br />Contractor ( "the Contractor ") employed in connection with the "Video Systems Sale, Installation & <br />Integration" Project.
