January 28 & 29, 2016 Visioning Workshop Minutes <br /> February 12, 2016 Packet Meeting Minutes <br /> February 16, 2016 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> 4. Ordinance 2016-03, on the second of two readings, creating a designated permit <br /> area under Section 82.189 of the San Marcos City Code that allows parking by permit <br /> only on both sides of the 600 Conway Drive; amending the traffic register to reflect <br /> such designated permit area. <br /> 5. Resolution 2016-23R, approving the first amendment of the Interlocal Cooperation <br /> Agreement between the City of San Marcos and Dallas County Schools D/B/A <br /> Texserve to administer the Automated School Bus Stop Arm Enforcement Program; <br /> increasing payments to the City from 12.5 percent to 20 percent of funds collected <br /> from citations issued under the program. <br /> 6. Resolution 2016-24R approving the award of a construction contract to Skyblue <br /> Utilities, Inc. for the Airport Utility Improvements Project in the total amount of <br /> $1,264,850.11 contingent upon the contractor's timely submission of sufficient bonds <br /> and insurance in accordance with the City's construction contract documents for the <br /> project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all appropriate <br /> City of San Marcos Page 1 <br />
