125 Regular Meeting September 26, 1994 Page 6 Mayor Morris introduced the city Council's Report. (1) Mr. Cox advised Mr. Gilley will go before the Chamber of Commerce on September 28 regarding the Drainage Master Plan. (2) ~egarding the Planning Meeting of Hays County on November 18 and 19, Mr. Moore stated he would be attending both days on behalf of SWT and could also represent the city's interests, Mr. Mooney stated he could also participate, and Mr. Gilley stated he would have a Staff Member present and would attend part of the meeting if possible. Mayor Morris stated she would be able to go to some of the meeting also, and that they want sponsors for the meeting. (3) Mr. Hart stated the striping on Ranch Road 12 has been completed, and the State has restriped as it was with no changes, as we thought there might be. Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Chapter 551.071, to discuss pending litigation (Kennedy vs. City of San Marcos; Sierra Club vs. Babbitt) and matters where the City Attorney's ethical duty to the city clearly conflicts with Government Code Chapter 551; and sections 551.072 and 551. 073, to discuss purchase of real property and lease of real property. Mr. Moore moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session at 8:50 p.m. and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. , Mr. Hart moved the council reconvene at 9:33 p.m. and Mr. Mooney seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
