funds estimated to be approximately $81,667.00 is approved. <br />PART 3. The City's expenditure of funds in the estimated amount of $18,333.00 for <br />additional work outside the original TxDOT scope is approved. <br />PART 4. The City commits to constructing the Project in a manner consistent with the <br />Airport Layout Plan as approved by the State and to maintaining airport minimum standards, <br />rates and charges that are reasonable and non - discriminatory. <br />PART 5. The City Council names the Texas Department of Transportation as the City's <br />agent for the purposes of applying for, receiving and disbursing all funds for this Project and for <br />the for the administration of contracts necessary for the implementation of the Project. <br />PART 6. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City <br />of San Marcos, at the appropriate time, and with the appropriate authorization of the City <br />Council, all contracts and agreements with the State of Texas as represented by the Texas <br />Department of Transportation and such other parties as shall be necessary and appropriate for the <br />implementation of the improvements to the San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br />PART 7.
