Credits <br />Wellness Allowance <br />United will provide a wellness allowance so Customer may enhance its medical benefits during the term of the <br />Agreement. The wellness allowance may be used at Customer's discretion as Customer utilizes wellness <br />programming and services. This credit is available each year of the contract. <br />$10,000 Annual Wellness allowance. <br />Reporting Allowance <br />United will provide a reporting allowance so Customer may fund its 1095 reporting. This credit is available each year <br />of the contract. <br />$10,000 Annual Reporting allowance. <br />IM <br />
