RESOLUTION 2016 -83R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TEN CORTEN <br />STEEL LIGHT POLES FROM TECHLINE, INC. IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE SESSOM BIKE /PEDESTRIAN AND PEQUES <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $135,804.00 <br />THROUGH THE CITY'S MATERIAL ACQUISITION SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE O 1 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />PART 1. The purchase of ten Corten Steel light poles from Techline, Inc. in connection <br />with the Sessom Bike /Pedestrian and Peques Improvements Project in the total amount of <br />$135,804.00 through the City's Material Acquisition Services Agreement with the Lower <br />Colorado River Authority ( "LCRA ") is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
