Mr. Guerra <br />reminded the Council the TML Region VII Meeting will be Friday, <br />August 12 at Dunbar Center with Dan Morales as the guest speaker. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, section 551. 071, to discuss pending litigation <br />(Sierra Club vs. Babbitt) and matters where the City Attorney's ~- <br />ethical duty to the City clearly conflicts with Government Code <br />Chapter 551; and sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss lease of <br />real property and value of real property. Mr. Guerra moved to <br />adjourn into Executive Session at 11:26 p.m. and Mr. Cox seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Cox moved the Council reconvene at 12:14 a.m. and Mr. Hernandez <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:15 a.m. on motion made by Mr. Hernandez <br />and seconded by Mr. Mooney. rNtt:~J /ill r/ILClÆI\/J <br /> Kathy M.
