19 Regular Meeting July 25, 1994 Page 6 Mayor Morris introduced a discussion and direction to staff regarding possible further revisions to section 2-73 of the City Code of Ethics. The Planning and Zoning Commissions expressed concerns and proposed changes to the recent amendment. The Council directed the amendment be brought to the Council in Ordinance form for consideration. Mayor Morris introduced the City Manager's Report. Mr. Gilley had I no report at this meeting. i Mayor Morris introduced the City Attorney's Report. Mr. Taylor had no report at this meeting. Mayor Morris introduced the City Council's Report. (1) Mr. Moore attended a Committee Meeting at the new TML Office in Austin and indicated it is a very nice facility. (2) Mr. Cox made reference to a letter he received from Joe Guerra regarding a drainage problem on Comanche street. The matter was referred to Mr. Gilley to handle. Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Government Code, section 551.071, to discuss matters where the city Attorney's ethical duty to the city clearly conflicts with Go~ernment Code Chapter 551; and Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the lease of real property. Mr. Hernandez moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 9:51 p.m. and Mr. Mooney seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerra moved the Council reconvene at 10:18 p.m. and Mr. Mooney seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. , The meeting adjourned at 10:36 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Hernandez and seconded by Mr. Moore. f ~! h!
