Call To Order <br />With s quorum present, the special meeting of c s City Council <br />was called to order by Mayor Guerrero at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016 <br />in i c s, San Marcos, Texas <br />78666. <br />Present: 7- Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Mayor Pro -Tem John Thomaides, Council Member Jude <br />Prather, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Lisa Prewitt, Council Member Jane Hughson, <br />Council Member Melissa Derrick and Council Member Scott Gregson <br />1. Executive Session in accordance with Section § 551.074 of the Texas Government <br />Code: Personnel Matters - discuss annual Appointee Evaluations. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Gregson, seconded by Council <br />Member Hughson, to enter into Executive Session, as captioned, at 5:40 p.m. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro -Tem Thomaides, Council Member Prather, Deputy <br />Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Hughson, Council Member Derrick and <br />Council Member Gregson <br />Against: 0 <br />2. Consider adoption or direction to Staff on matters discussed in Executive Session. <br />The Council exited Executive Session at 8:38 p.m. The Council provided the <br />City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk with their annual evaluations. <br />Action items related to salary adjustments for all appointees will be placed on <br />the July 5, 2016 meeting agenda. An action item amending the City Manager's <br />contract will also be placed on the July 5, 2016 agenda. <br />'I.
