RESOLUTION 2016-110R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING A LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PROJECT ADVANCE <br /> FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> ACTING THROUGH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br /> THE HOPKINS STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (CSJ #0914-33-074) <br /> APPROVING THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION OF APPROXIMATELY $947,779.00 <br /> IN LOCAL PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE ADVANCED FUNDING <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Local Transportation Project Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) <br /> between the City and the State of Texas acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, Project <br /> Number: CSJ #0914-33-074, for the Hopkins Street Reconstruction Project is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City's contribution of approximately $947,779.00 in local participation in the <br /> Project is approved. <br /> PART 3. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the AFA on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 4.
