Mayor <br /> Morris issued the Certificate of Election to Billy G. Moore, Council Member, Place Five <br /> and Judge Becky Sierra administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Moore. Mayor Morris <br /> issued the Certificate of Election to Rick Hernandez, Council Member, Place Six and <br /> Judge Linda Rodriguez administered the Oath of Office to Mr, Hernandez. <br /> . . <br /> Mayor Morris introduced for consideration the election of the Mayor Pro-Tempore. Mr. <br /> Hart moved to appoint Fred Guerra and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion.
