That the City Council of the City shall adopt a resolution on or before <br />March 3, 1997, appointing presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election, <br />and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in their respective precincts, <br />and any vacancies occurring after the initial appointment may be filled by subsequent <br />resolution(s) of the City Council. <br />SECTION 6. That each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with <br />the permission of the City Secretary, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this <br />election. <br />SECTION 7. That the precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120, 330, <br />334/445, 336/451 and 446 shall be polling places for the joint election of the City and the <br />School District. <br />SECTION 8. That the precincts named Martindale and Staples and the precincts <br />numbered 110, 121, 315, 331/335/337, and 447/225 shall be additional polling places for <br />the School District election. <br />SECTION 9. That the City election shall be conducted jointly with the School <br />District election under the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement. <br />SECTION 10. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. <br />SECTION 11. That Roger Fernandez shall be the clerk for early voting for the <br />School District. <br />SECTION 12. That the main early polling place for early voting by personal <br />appearance for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the <br />temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the <br />City election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive. The main early <br />polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the School District election is <br />the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive in the City, and the temporary <br />branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the School District <br />election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City. Early voting by personal <br />appearance shall be conducted during normal working days in the City Hall and the <br />School Administration Building from April 14, 1997 through April 29, 1997, and the hours <br />for early voting shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional temporary branch early <br />polling places for early voting by personal appearance for the City and School District <br />election are established at the following locations, with voting to be conducted at the dates <br />and times indicated:
