That the City Council of the City shall adopt a resolution on or before March 3, 1997, appointing presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in their respective precincts, and any vacancies occurring after the initial appointment may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the City Council. SECTION 6. That each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with the permission of the City Secretary, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this election. SECTION 7. That the precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120, 330, 334/445, 336/451 and 446 shall be polling places for the joint election of the City and the School District. SECTION 8. That the precincts named Martindale and Staples and the precincts numbered 110, 121, 315, 331/335/337, and 447/225 shall be additional polling places for the School District election. SECTION 9. That the City election shall be conducted jointly with the School District election under the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement. SECTION 10. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. SECTION 11. That Roger Fernandez shall be the clerk for early voting for the School District. SECTION 12. That the main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the School District election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive in the City, and the temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the School District election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted during normal working days in the City Hall and the School Administration Building from April 14, 1997 through April 29, 1997, and the hours for early voting shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional temporary branch early polling places for early voting by personal appearance for the City and School District election are established at the following locations, with voting to be conducted at the dates and times indicated:
