Call To Order <br />With u present, the workshop meeting of the San Marcos City Council <br />was called to order by Mayor Guerrero : 12 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2016 in <br />e City Council Chambers, 630 E. Hopkins, Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />Council Member Prather was absent due to i n. <br />Present: 6 - Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tem John Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem <br />Lisa Prewitt, Council Member Jane Hughson, Council Member Melissa Derrick <br />and Council Member Scott Gregson <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member Jude Prather <br />Hold discussion the HEB PSA and PDD and provide, direction to Staff. <br />Jared Miller, City Manager, introduced Mar o r of HEB tot the Council. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />Sam Brannon, asked about the traffic and the curb cuts being allowed on <br />Wonder World. He asked if they are sure they are authorized to rezone this <br />property and that he didn't believe so. <br />Lisa Marie Coppoletta, asked if the pipes drained into the floodplain. Dennis <br />Ryan, stated yes. She asked about the underground retention and about the <br />aquifer. She asked if there are any caves?
