This Agreement is Between the City of San Marcos and the Greater San Marco Economic Development Corporation for Economic Development and Small Business Economic Development Services (the "Agreement") is elated And effective October I, 2016, and is between the City of San Marcos, Texas, a Texas municipal corporation (the "City") and the Greater San Marcos Economic Development Corporation (the "Corporation").
