Provision of Professional Services. The. Corporation agrees to provide proficssional <br />economic development service~ for the City. The Corporation agaves to provide necessary <br />skilled and knowledgeable personnel, equipment, and supplies for file administration and <br />operation ol'the economic development services provided under this Agreement, in accordance <br />with the budgul approvc-d by thu City Council.
