Consider Staff briefing and Council Member discussion and questions regarding items <br /> on the agenda for July 5, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, to wit Items (3-15). <br /> 3. Staff presentation and discussion regarding revisions to the San Marcos City Code <br /> Chapter 39: Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. <br /> 4. Update from Texas Municipal League (TML)on Legislative issues. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 5. Consider approval of the following: <br /> June 17, 2016 - Packet Meeting Minutes <br /> June 21, 2016 - Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> 6. Resolution 2016-85R, approving a list of qualified Architecture Firms and a list of <br /> qualified Landscape Architecture Firms for their provision of professional consulting <br /> services as needed in connection with various city projects; and declaring an effective <br /> date. <br /> 7. Resolution 2016-86R, approving a Commercial Lease amendment with Twofold, <br /> LLC providing for a one year extension of the commercial lease for the WIC Program <br /> City of San Marcos Page 1 <br />
