Consider approval of Ordinance 2016-35, on the second of two readings, increasing <br /> drainage utility rates as authorized by Section 86.505 of the San Marcos City Code; <br /> including procedural provisions. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Council <br /> Member Gregson, to approve Ordinance 2016-35, on the second of two <br /> readings.
