Concerns were expressed about privacy. <br /> Following discussion the Council provided consensus on the electric and <br /> water/wastewater recommendations. <br /> Mrs. Hurlbert reviewed the drainage utility. Staff will provide the increases <br /> that will be related to the MS4 program. Council provided consensus on the <br /> drainage rate increase. <br /> Mrs. Hurlbert reviewed the airport budget. Council held discussion regarding <br /> airport fund requests and the desire to see the amount of transfers from the <br /> general fund decrease. Council held discussion regarding the number of <br /> employees staffed by Texas Aviation Partners. Council held discussion <br /> regarding the management of the airport and that they would like to ensure the <br /> work matches up with what the City is spending. The contract with Texas <br /> Aviation Partners was renewed in 2015. Staff will place a placeholder on this <br /> request and further refine this through the contract <br /> Discussion regarding the tarmac and additional investments that need to be <br /> made at the airport. <br /> City of San Marcos Page 2 <br />
