• Special Assessment Methodology for Additional Improvement PID Bonds <br />When, and if, the issuance of Additional Improvement PID Bonds are contemplated, this <br />SAP will be amended to determine the assessment methodology necessary to apply <br />equal shares of the Additional Special Assessments to the Actual Costs of the Additional <br />Public Improvements on the Assessed Property similarly benefited. <br />The Special Assessment and Annual Installments for each Parcel or Lot located in the <br />PID are shown on the Assessment Roll. The Special Assessment allocated to each such <br />Parcel or Lot will not be changed except as authorized by this SAP or the PID Act. Table <br />lV-C summarizes the initial allocation of the Special Assessment relating to the Major <br />Public Improvement PID Bonds for the Assessed Property at the time the Assessment <br />Ordinance relating to the Major Public Improvement PID Bonds was adopted by the City <br />Council. <br />Annendix D presents the estimated Additional Special Assessment for each Parcel or <br />Lot assuming the issuance of Additional Improvement PID Bonds. It is expected that <br />these Additional Special Assessments will be levied prior to sale of homes to <br />homeowners. <br />
