B. Annual Assessment Roll Updates The Administrator shall prepare, and shall submit to the City for approval, updates to the Assessment Roll and the Annual Service Plan Update to reflect changes such as (i) the identification of each Parcel (ii) the Special Assessment for each Assessed Property, including any adjustments authorized by this SAP or in the PID Act; (iii) the Annual Installment for the Assessed Property for the year (if the Special Assessment is payable in installments); and (iv) payments of the Special Assessment, if any, as provided by Section VLE of this SAP. The Service and Assessment Plan Update shall reflect the actual interest on the Major Public Improvement PID Bonds and any Additional Improvement PID Bonds on which the Annual Installments shall be paid, any reduction in the Special Assessments, and any revisions in the Actual Costs to be funded by the Major Public Improvement PID Bonds and the Additonal Improvement PID Bonds and Landowner funds. 29
