3. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)IGlobally Harmonized System of Classification <br />and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) will be on display in each janitorial closet in the <br />building for all cleaning materials being used. <br />4. Adequate supplies and hand soap will be stored in the locked closet in the facility. <br />Designated City and Performing Party staff will have keys to these closets in the event <br />supplies become short during the day and need replenishment. <br />5. All equipment such as brooms, mops, and vacuums will be available for use by the City <br />staff during the day. <br />6. A yearly interior glass maintenance schedule will be provided to the Contract <br />Administrator prior to commencement of the contract. A schedule of services to be <br />performed at the location will be posted in the janitorial closet. <br />1. LOST AND FOUND PROPERTY: All items of possible personal or monetary value found <br />by the Performing Party's employees are to be turned in to the City's Contract <br />Administrator. <br />J. RECYCLING MATERIAL: The Performing Party will collect recycling material at each <br />desk in each department and the kitchen area at each building listed below: <br />Activity Center — 501 East Hopkins Street, with two (2) 96 -gallon carts; <br />2. Animal Shelter — 750 River Road, with five (5) 96 -gallon carts; <br />3. City Hall Building — 630 East Hopkins Street, with two (2) 96 -gallon carts; <br />4. City Park Recreation Hall —170 Charles Austin Drive, with one (1) 96 -gallon cart; <br />5. Discovery Center— 430 Riverside Drive, with one (1) 96 -gallon cart; <br />6. Fire Station #5 Administration —100 Carlson Circle, with two (2) 96 -gallon carts; <br />7. Grant Harris, Jr., Building — 401 East Hopkins Street, with three (3) 96 -gallon carts; <br />8. Main Street Office — 317 North LBJ Drive, with one (1) 96 -gallon cart; <br />9. Marshal's Office —1402 West Hopkins Street, with one (1) 96 -gallon cart; <br />10. Municipal Building — 630 East Hopkins Street, with four (4) 96 -gallon carts; <br />
