RESOLUTION NO. 2016-142R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN SERVICES WITH <br />PERDUE, BRANDON, FIELDER, COLLINS & MOTT, L.L.P. THAT <br />GRANTS THE SECOND OF UP TO THREE ONE -YEAR EXTENSIONS <br />OF THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT FOR COURT FINES AND FEES <br />COLLECTION SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID CHANGE IN SERVICES; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Authorization of Change in Services between the City of San <br />Marcos and Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, L.L.P. (the "Extension Agreement ") is <br />hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Extension Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
