Hop- kins, at 7:00 p.m, on Tuesday, Septem- ber 6, 2016, to consider the following: Hold a Public Hearing to receive com- ments for or against Ordinance 2016- 29, amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning 6.75 acre, more or less, tract of land out of Lots 2 and 5 of the Springtown IV Subdivision, lo- cated at 200 Springtown Way, from "GC" General Commercial District to "VMU" Vertical Mixed Use District, and including provisions; and consider ap- proval of Ordinance 2016 -29, and the first of two readings. Hold a Public Hearing to receive com- ments for or against Resolution 2016 - 157R, for approval of a Conditional Use Permit request by Humpty Dumpty SSM, Ltd to allow Purpose Built Stu- dent Housing located at 200 Spring - town Way. Hold a Public Hearing to receive com- ments for or against Resolution 2016 - 158R, for approval of a Conditional Use Permit request by Humpty Dumpty SSM, Ltd to allow construction of a 5- story building located at 200 Spring - town Way. After the public hearing is closed, the City Council may approve, reject or modify the requested amendments.
