3.2 The CITY will maintain the right to use the Street Property as a public thoroughfare. It is <br />understood and agreed that TEXAS STATE'S primary purpose is to allow an alternate <br />route for the University shuttle system. The CITY reserves all other rights and uses for the <br />general public. <br />3.3 The parties may not amend this agreement except in writing, dated after the date of this <br />agreement and signed by each party's representative. <br />4. Parking Regulations <br />4.1 All parking regulations required for this agreement as shown in Attachment A shall be <br />established by the CITY in accordance with city ordinances. <br />5. General Provisions <br />6.1 The parties will construe this agreement under the laws ofthe State ofTexas and wil I perform <br />all their obligations in Hays County, Texas. <br />6.2 This is the only agreement of the parties respecting this subject, and it Supersedes any prior <br />written or oral agreements between the parties. The parties may not amend this agreement <br />except in writing, dated after the date of this agreement and signed by each party's <br />representative. <br />63 If any of this agreement's provisions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that <br />holding will not affect any other provision of this agreement.
