Harrell and Debra S. <br />Harrell dated July 28, 1998 and recorded in Volume 1440, Page 529 <br />of the Hays County Official Public Records and the southwest corner <br />of that tract described as 2.017 acres in a deed from Jas. L. Moore <br />to the State of Texas dated February 22, 1949 and recorded in <br />Volume 143, Page 493 of the Hays County Deed Records; <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat <br />numbered 24802 -01- 15.9 -a dated August 15, 2001 as prepared for the <br />City of San Marcos by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas <br />with the west line of State Highway No. 123, S 040 26, 03" W <br />384.84 feet to a TxDOT concrete monument found for an angle point, <br />pass at 51.08 feet a %" iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped <br />"Byrn Survey" at the intersection of the west line of State Highway <br />No. 123 and the southeast line of "San Marcos - Redwood Road" for the <br />common northeast corner of the remaining portion of the Crawford <br />29.4 acre tract and the northwest corner of that tract described as <br />1.311 acres in a deed from Eloise Crawford to the State of Texas <br />dated March 19, 1949 and recorded in Volume 143, Page 499 of the <br />Hays County Deed Records; <br />THENCE with the common east line of the remaining portion of the <br />Crawford 29.4 acre tract and the west line of State Highway No. 123 <br />and the State of Texas 1.311 acre tract, S 040 23' 04" W 1861.61 <br />feet to a TxDOT concrete monument found at the intersection of the <br />west line of State Highway No. 123 and the northeast line of F.M. <br />Highway No. 3407 (also known as Wonder World Drive) for the common <br />southeast corner of the remaining portion of the Crawford 29.4 acre <br />tract and the northeast corner of that tract described as 0.932 <br />acres in a deed from Eloise Crawford to the State of Texas dated <br />October 24, 1979 and recorded in Volume 336, Page 312 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records; <br />THENCE leaving the west line of State Highway No. 123 and the State <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
