5) THENCE, South 46'37150" East, a distance of 34.62 feet, leaving the <br />proposed right -of -way line of F.M. 3407 (Wonder World Drive) and denial of access <br />line, with a northeasterly line of said 8.939 acre City of San Marcos tract and <br />the southwesterly line of the remainder of said 39.1 acre Hamilton tract, to a 1/2 <br />inch iron rod with Tx DOT aluminum cap found at 87.54 feet right of Engineer's <br />Centerline Station 115 +40.77, at a corner of said 8.939 acre City of San Marcos <br />tract, the most northerly and most westerly corner of said 3.9543 acre City of San <br />Marcos tract, for a corner; <br />1) THENCE, with a curving northeasterly line of said 0.939 acre City of San <br />Marcos tract and a curving southwesterly line of said 3.9543 acre City of San <br />Marcos tract, along said curve, to the left, having a radius of 1519.09 feet, an <br />angle of intersection of 09 °06149 ", an arc length of 241.76 feet, and a chord <br />bearing South 30 °20155" East, a distance of 241.50 feet, to the Point of Beginning <br />and containing an area of 0.915 of one acre of land (39,869 s.f.), more or less. <br />This property description is accompanied by a separate plat. <br />Bearing basis. Bearings and coordinates are based on the Texas State Plane <br />Coordinate System, Texan Central Zone. NA083(93) HARK.
