City of San Marcos to STATE <br />Deed (based on N -14) <br />ROW Div Modified 7/16 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />from Grantors' remaining property (if any) to said Highway facility, shall hereafter be governed by <br />the provisions set out in said Exhibits "A," 1113,11 11C,11 "D," and "E", SAVE AND EXCEPT in the event <br />access, or access points may be specifically allowed or permitted in said Exhibits, such access shall be <br />subject to such rlegulation as is determined by the Texas Department of Transportation and/or the Texas <br />Turnpike Authority Division to be necessary in the interest of public safety and in compliance with approved <br />engineering principles and practices and subject to compliance with any applicable local municipal or <br />county zoning, platting and/or permit requirements.
