ATTACHMENT A <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br />During the term of the Contract, System Agency may, at its sole discretion, <br />unilaterally adjust the base reimbursement rate as defined in this attachment if it is in <br />the best interest of System Agency and if administrative WIC Grant funds change. <br />8. System Agency may, at its sole discretion, pay for additional goods or services, as <br />specified in this attachment, if provided by Grantee during the term of the Contract <br />and not otherwise paid during the Contract term if it is in the best interest of System <br />Agency. if Grantee exceeds the amount of earned administrative funds as stated <br />above, Grantee shall continue to bill System Agency for the services provided. If <br />additional funds became available at a later date for the provision of these services, <br />System Agency may elect to pay Grantee a share of these funds. <br />System Agency mayprovide extended hours funding to Grantee forparticipants who <br />are provided WIC services outside the normal traditional hours to the extent that <br />federal funding is available. <br />System Agency Contract No. ?(117-04473;9-001 <br />v. 06.22.2016 Page 8 <br />
