RESOLUTION 2016-163R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PROCUREMENT OF NEOGOV <br /> APPLICANT TRACKING SOFTWARE SYSTEM LICENSES, SUPPORT <br /> AND MAINTENANCE FROM SHI GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS <br /> THROUGH AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES CONTRACT #DIR- <br /> SDD-2500 IN THE INITIAL AMOUNT OF $29,954.00 AND A <br /> RECURRING ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $20,000.00, FOR A <br /> TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED EXPENDITURE OF $129,954.00, WHICH <br /> INCLUDES A TOTAL OF SIX YEARS OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE <br /> AND SUPPORT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br /> DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS <br /> RELATED TO THE PROCUREMENT OF NEOGOV APPLICANT <br /> TRACKING SOFTWARE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The procurement of NeoGov Applicant Tracking Software System <br /> licenses, support and maintenance from SHI Government Solutions through and in accordance <br /> with the State of Texas Department of Information Resources Contract #DIR-SDD-2500 in the <br /> initial amount of $29,954.00, and approving an annual recurring estimated expenditure of <br /> $20,000.00 (five one-year terms) for maintenance and support for a total not-to-exceed <br /> expenditure of$129,954.00 (total of six years) is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents related to this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
