In the event purpose built student housing is constructed within a building with one <br />or more other uses, then the uses other than student housing shall be eligible to receive Grant <br />Payments proportionate to the ad valorem and sales tax revenues associated with the other <br />uses. Similarly, Owner shall not be eligible to receive Grant Payments for any improvements <br />within any area having a VMU zoning designation associated with a Bar, defined as a facility <br />that prepares and sells food and drink that has alcoholic beverage sales in excess of 50% of <br />total annual sales. <br />9. Waiver of Certain Land Development Code Site Development Requirements.
