City Council Meeting Minutes October 18,2016 <br /> 21. Consider approval of Resolution 2016-149R, approving an Acquisition and <br /> Reimbursement Agreement with Highpointe Trace, L.L.C. in connection with the Trace <br /> Public Improvement District (PID); authorizing the City Manager to execute said <br /> document on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Mayor <br /> Pro-Tem Thomaides, to approve Resolution 2016-149R. The motion carried by <br /> the following vote: <br /> For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, <br /> Council Member Hughson, Council Member Derrick and Council Member <br /> Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> Absent: 1 - Council Member Prather <br /> 22.
