<br />Texas, also being out of Tract 1, 40.241 acres and Tract 2, 39.785 acres, to Las Colinas San Marcos
<br />Phase 1, LLC, described in Document number 2015-15007121 and Volume 5159, Page 513
<br />recorded in the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas (O.P.R.H.C.T.). and a 10.0000 acre
<br />tract to Las Colinas San Marcos Phase I, LLC described in Volume 4810, Page 491 of the
<br />O.P.R.H.C.T. Said 29.985 acre tract being more particularly located and described as follows,
<br />(Bearings of lines refer to Grid North of the Texas Coordinate System of 1983, (South Central
<br />Zone) as computed from GPS vectors);
<br />BEGINNING at a 1/2 -inch iron rod found in the northwest right-of-way line of County Road 266
<br />(CR 266), also known as the Old Bastrop Highway, (Right -Of -Way varies, no record information
<br />found), at the northeast corner of the above referenced Las Colinas San Marcos Phase 1, LLC

<br />northwest right-of-way line of County Road 266 (CR 266), same being an angle point on the

<br />THENCE, with said northwest right-of-way line of County Road 266, and with the southeast line
