iii. If at any time when a Sub-District is contracting with the County Sheriff for Supplemental <br /> Service, the Primary Owner and/or the applicable Sub-District(s) provides evidence from the <br /> County Sheriff that the County Sheriffs Service Goal has been met,the applicable Sub-District(s) <br /> may terminate the contract with the County Sheriff for Subsequent Supplemental Police Service, <br /> until the next Subsequent Police Service Meeting. At the next Subsequent Police Service Meeting, <br /> the need for Subsequent Supplemental Police Service will be reevaluated in accordance with <br /> subsection ii. above. <br /> iv. The City shall have the ability to withhold the Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Final Plat <br /> for any lot exceeding the three-hundred-and-fiftieth(350th) lot in a Sub-District in Cotton Center, <br /> if the Primary Owner or the Sub-District are not in compliance with the terms described in Section <br /> 19.01(b) of this Agreement. <br /> c. Following annexation of each Sub-District,the City shall provide Fire &EMS, and/or Police Services <br /> to all portions of the Sub-District located within the City Limits. <br /> 46 <br />
